Quality and Description of Goods

Goods sold on our online shop or through our mail order schemes and other promotions, are supplied in excellent merchantable quality. They are supplied only in accordance with the thorough descriptions of the goods via the relevant media.

In the very rare event that goods supplied fail to meet this standard, i.e. that the goods are damaged, the same product will be replaced immediately at our expense; usually we will require the customer to return the damaged product. In the rare event that the product supplied is incorrect, i.e. a different product to that ordered, we will immediately replace with the correct product at our expense; usually we will require the customer to return the product supplied in error. Please use the contact information provided as part of the promotion, or the contact details on this website.

Shipping – Post and Packing

Orders will normally be despatched by services provided by Royal Mail. UK orders are fulfilled at least once a week and are sent by First Class or Second Class Large Letter, or higher bulk service for orders of several copies. For large bulk orders an alternative provider may be used, including personal delivery. International orders will always be despatched using Airmail rather than Surface Mail, again no later than seven days after placing the order. International customers requiring higher bulk orders may be asked to agree a price and service provided by an international Courier. Typical durations are up to seven working days (eg. in the case of New Zealand). Orders are fulfilled in and from the United Kingdom unless otherwise clearly stated or agreed with the customer. However, USA and Canada orders may be fulfilled from the United States, assuming that the customer will receive their order faster.

Returns Policy

If for any reason – other than damage, or delivery in error, see above – you are unsatisfied with the product/s ordered and received, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original saleable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. Please mark ‘Returned Items’ clearly on the outer packaging, and include inside the packaging either a copy of your original order receipt or a note of your name and address together with further details that will help us to identify your original order. Once received we will refund you the original cost of the actual product paid for in your order, usually using the same method of payment.

Please make sure all items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

For international returns, we are not liable to pay any Customs duties, which can normally be avoided by ensuring ‘RETURNED GOODS’ is clearly marked on the outer packaging. Ensure also that the ‘Return Goods’ option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.

These Terms and Conditions do not apply to Business to Business sales, eg. supplies of goods to Tour Operators, for which separate arrangements and applicable laws exist.
